How do I share a shopping list?

1. Open the list you want to share

2. Tap the share icon (two people) in the top right

3. Send the link to anyone you want to collaborate with

4. They'll receive an invitation to join the list

How does voice input work?

Tap the microphone icon when adding an item, speak the item name, and tap "Add Item". The app will automatically categorize items based on what you say.

Note: Voice input requires microphone and speech recognition permissions.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! Shopiva works offline. Your data syncs automatically when you're back online.

How do I set a budget?

1. Open a shopping list

2. Scroll to the Budget section

3. Enter your budget amount

4. Add prices to items to track your spending

What are templates?

Templates are pre-filled shopping lists you can reuse. Create templates for recurring shopping trips (like weekly groceries) to save time.

How do I export my data?

1. Go to Profile tab

2. Tap "Export Data"

3. Choose format: JSON (all data), PDF (printable), or Text

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely using Firebase. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

1. Go to Profile tab

2. Scroll to "Data & Privacy"

3. Tap "Delete All Data"

This will permanently delete all your lists, items, and account data.

Can I use Shopiva on multiple devices?

Yes! Your data syncs automatically across all your devices when you sign in with the same account.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  • Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store
  • Restart the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Restart your device
